Synopsis
cast 'irk' [<victim>]
Description
More akin to a persistent dull ache than the grievous stabbing pain of a fireball or a halberd to the face, the art of slowly irking an opponent in battle can be as efficacious as the other methods. When an opponent is properly irked, they will be unable to be calmed, and will suffer from reduced personality and sanity. Due to the sociological and observational elements involved, victims who are more personable than their would-be irkers will find themselves recovering more easily, and charming victims will find themselves less effected from the outset.
