Description
This powerful song enchants the air around an opponent, thickening it so much that physical exertion becomes difficult.
That opponent's attack speed is reduced by a modifier, as is their defense speed for any defenses beyond their first. In addition, their agility is reduced by 1/10th as much.
While the song's duration is very brief, the effect can also be removed by use of a 'dispel magic' spell cast on the victim.
