Description

A hydroblast will drench its victim in water, dealing damage with water that is reduced in efficacy by the presence of a bubble cluster around its victim. The damage is increased in watery or flooded terrain, and in water, an adventurer susceptible to drowning may find their air supply running out more quickly than usual.

Casting hydroblast in a room that is underwater or flooded will increase its damage by 25%, and has a chance to increase the rate at which the victim is drowning, if they are already drowning. Bubble cluster and underwater breathing reduce the damage taken by 30% each, and reduce the relevant drowning rate.
