Description
Saturated by a perpetual cloud of petrochemical miasma, Vatt is nestled deep within Middle Alyria. As an industrious dracon settlement, it proudly hosts a bustling coal plant and a rare haven of friendly docks within the region. However, the price of progress has taken its toll on Vaatt, as it grapples with the aftermath of an oil spill and ongoing pollution caused by coal mining. Regrettably, even the town's own residents now live in fear, wary of the contaminated water supply.
