Description
The Hamlet of Winton is a village located in the Sannad Tundra of Avros. The first thing that catches one's attention upon entering the village is the immense piles of garbage that are heaped up in great mounds. The air is thick with the foul stench of rot and decay, which emanates from the assorted waste, scrap, glass, metal, and other decaying material that have been piled up here for years. The valley itself scrapes its way through the village, passing through other assorted mounds of garbage, with cold food left in the growing pile. This area is equipped with wells used to clean anything potentially worthwhile. Workers constantly cart things to and fro, giving the area a bustling and industrious feel. The village is home to Mayor Mixalis, who lives in a house carved out of a block of marble donated by the late Lord Templeton. A sleek spiral staircase leads into the cellar, which has been converted into a speakeasy selling local brews. Despite the village's squalor, the inhabitants are hardworking and dedicated, doing their best to make the most of their situation.
