Description
Lowangen Keep, and the surrounding town that shares its name, is located in the northeastern most region of Sepharia. The old fortress, scarred by battle and the ravages of time, is home to and lead by the Sultan Cronus. Residents of the surrounding town, however, would tell that the keep is actually ran by the local thieves' guild. The local mayor has his own entirely different opinions on this altogether.
