Description

Soar through the air, carried aloft by your obeisant lightning strikes- and then send them after your foes. All valid targets may be struck by lightning, and if so, suffer greatly for the experience, finding themselves further vulnerable to all forms of lightning, and suffering ongoing problems with hp and st retention until their bodies recover.
