Description

This spell vacuum of the ether to a target, voiding its power to cast ethereal-based spells. While it is active, the target will lose ten ethereal reagents per minute until the spell expires or they run out of reagents. The threat of poverty is strong, and will also sap hit points and limit negative- energy-based damage.
