Description

This spell focuses the latent magic in the hoarfrost onto a target, wrapping them in ice that increases not only that target's regenerative rate, but also the amount that they are able to regenerate. Targets that are more attuned to Graph than Talur can be benefit for a longer duration, and targets that are closer to the origin of that beneficial ice will increase the duration of the regeneration.
