Description

Those empowered with magic sufficient to turn ordinary screams into magical, piercing, sonic shrieks are uncommon, but often deadly when encountered. Banshees and cave-dwelling shriekers can deal damage with their voices, damage which is amplified and doubled if their victims are wielding weapons empowered with echoing strikes.
