Description
Lingering affects are the aftereffects of being paralyzed, or by NPCs being dispelled. Lingering anti-paralytic effects can prevent adventurers from being paralyzed multiple times in rapid succession, whereas lingering antimagic will prevent NPCs from rapidly reapplying their natural magical affects after being dispelled.
