amnesia — over time, drains stamina and spell points as the victim struggles to remember what they forgot
Synopsis
cast amnesia [<victim>]
Description
Amnesia, also known as retrograde amnesia, causes a victim to persistently lose their memories. Inducing amnesia in adventurers can be very traumatizing, causing them to stress and exert energy over the struggle to recall what they have forgotten. This can damage their sanity, as it is a rather stressful phenomena.
