Description
Menchal Disease affects drow, elves, and half-elves, it causes the victim to tire easily and makes them unable to move with their normal speed. It is not contagious or life threatening but it will not go away unless proper treatment is received.
This is an exotic disease and as such, is beyond the capabilities of the average cure disease spell.
