check armor - see your armor ratings for all item slots
check equipment decay - see the most decayed piece of equipment
check equipment missing - shows which equipment slots have nothing equipped
check equipment stats <obj> - shows the affects on the piece of equipment
check equipment value - show a detailed list of your inventory and its CPK values
check help <help file> - shows a VI formatted version of the help file
check room - see the exits from your room, its name, and area
check who <online player> - See the level, race and class history of a player
check item description <item> - shows the description of an item
check item info <item> - shows information about an item
check item relics <item> - shows what relics are placed in an item
check item specific <item> - shows information specific to the type of item
check item requirements <item> - shows requirements for use or wear of item
check item set <item> - shows item set collection information
check item affects <item> - shows affects that will be placed on the player
upon equipping an item
check item lifespan <item> - shows the time remaining until an object
requires renewal
check changes - see the last 50 changelog entries
check changes page [<page offset>] - see 50 paginated changelog entries
check changes change <change #> - see a specific changelog entry, by ID
check changes search <pattern> - search for changelog entries matching a string
check terrain [<direction>] - Wilds-only command to scan the terrain of adjacent rooms
check wilds [<direction>] - Wilds-only command to scan for the names of adjacent rooms
check entrances - list all of the area entrances currently visible to you in the wilds
check worldgates - list all of the worldgates visible to you in the wilds
check shipwreckage - list all shipwrecks and floating cargo visible to you in the wilds
check cooldowns - list of all spells and proficiencies and the remaining cooldown time
check eqlookup <id> - displays information for the specified item
Description
The check command is primarily for the benefit of sight-impaired players, mobile users and others may also find it useful. It reports on various environmental factors that may not be so obvious to those using a screen reader, or may be too verbose to report normally.
- It is recommended that you couple use of these commands with the alias
- functionality (or keybindings) for optimal usage.
- Many of these commands cannot be abbreviated, and the ability to use the
- syntax of 2. to indicate a second item with the same keyword is not
- currently available.
General Check Commands
- The following commands are available to all.
- CHECK VICTIM - Returns the name of the mob or player that you are currently
- fighting.
- CHECK VICTIMHP - Returns the percentage of Hit Points of the victim that you are
- fighting.
- CHECK VICTIMAFFECTS - Returns a list of negative proficiencies and spells affecting
your current opponent.
- CHECK COORD - Returns the current room coordinates if the player is holding or
- has a sextant in their inventory.
- CHECK LOWEST - Returns the name and hp percent of the formation member with
- the lowest health by percent.
