Description
The caster has a chance, based on mental-spell-prcnt, mental-prcnt and positive difference in level, to cast an offensive spell out of the victim's scribed spells at the victim. The spell cast costs the maximum spell points that the spell can, in addition to psychic rebellion's own spell cost. Opponents that are unprepared or too simple to have any spellbooks onhand will find their mind subject to an offense by geisteblitz.
