Description
An invaluable spell for mages who need multipurpose spells, flintstrike performs two functions; when cast on victims who are already susceptible to flammability, possessing -10 or fewer fire-skill-res, flintstrike will ignite those targets. When cast on victims who still possess some resistance to fire, flintstrike will cover them with a layer of flammable material, altering their fire-skill-res by -2, or -4 if the target is particularly resistant to fire.
