cast nightmares [<victim>]
Description
This spell deals heavy psychological damage on its victim, causing insomnia and preventing them from sleeping for any longer than a few minutes at a time. For most adventurers this will not pose a problem very frequently, but in extreme circumstances it can be devastating. People who are already subject to nightmarish scenarios, such as exodontia, will find their nightmares lasting much longer.
