Immutable nimbuses are a classification of effects produced by specialized, uncommon spellcasting.
Similar in effect to the umbrella term 'unknown magic,' immutable nimbuses produce affects of varying duration and function. these effects can be detrimental or helpful in nature, and affect nearly any aspect of a person or region.
These effects will wear off in time, and their duration cannot be reduced or eliminated through the use of counteracting magic.
