Description
Your password is the key to your character, and thus the most important piece of information you have. When selecting a password, it is important to create a password that uses capital and lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation to make your password harder to guess.
The system will also remind you when you have gone for a long time without changing your password. Your password may be changed from the login menu of the game.
Under no circumstances should you give your password out to other players, even if you are friends with them. Allowing other people to use your character, even temporarily, is against the Materia Magica Rules of Play and players suspected of sharing characters may have their characters frozen or deleted. In the event that you have forgotten your password, contact the admins via helpdesk ticket or e-mail support@materiamagica.com The staff will verify that the name and email match those of the character and you will be asked to answer your character's challenge question. A new password will be emailed directly to you. Upon logging in, this password should be changed to one of your choosing.
